My Approach to Healing
I have always been interested in metaphysical subjects from a very young age.
When I was four years old, I was running down the street toward home. I found myself high above near the top of a telephone pole watching myself run! It wasn’t scary, I found it interesting.
When I was old enough to read I would look at the newspaper horoscopes daily.
As an adult and many years later, I was looking for a spiritual, social group I could relate to. I ended up at a spiritualist church called Harmony Grove Spiritualist Association. I took meditation and spiritual development classes for years and then healing classes. I received a healing certificate from Harmony Grove. I loved giving healings at the Saturday/Sunday services. I had lots of good feedback.
Later I took Reiki classes. As I was sitting in a chair receiving my first reiki initiation, I heard a big booming voice from above say:
“IT’S ABOUT TIME”
Lol….Apparently it was something I was supposed to be doing.
I recently retired from being a Montessori Preschool teacher for many, many years.
As I was contemplating what was next for me, I recalled all the teachers and healers in my life say: You need to do healing work!
I am finally doing the work and I LOVE IT!
I don’t follow one set way of doing the healings. I use my intuition and call upon my higher beings of light, love and God, and call upon your teachers, healers, guides, angels and your God self and listen to where they want me to go, do or say.
My prayer is: Let whatever comes through, be for your highest and best good. Be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
Sending much love, light and healing to all of you!

My approach
I use my intuitive guidance, and compassionate listening, to facilitate healing at a deep level. My approach emphasizes empowerment and promoting your body’s natural capacity to heal itself, whether in person or from a distance.
Sessions offered
I offer In person healing services. I’ll often include the use of a pendulum within my sessions when guidance is needed.

FAQs
What is Energy Healing?
Energy healing, is the practice of sending healing energy or intention to someone who is not physically present. In spiritual practices, it is believed that energy and consciousness are not limited by space or time, allowing healing to be transmitted remotely through focused intention and visualization.
Dr. Dean Radin, a leading researcher in parapsychology, primarily investigates how focused intention and consciousness might influence the physiological states of other people.
Radin has also reviewed studies where meditative or intentional focus produced measurable changes in another person’s physiology, such as skin conductance or brain activity, despite physical separation. In his books, such as The Conscious Universe and Entangled Minds, he compiles meta-analyses and research that show small but statistically significant effects in areas like distant healing and intercessory prayer. While the effects are modest, Radin argues they are consistent and cannot be fully explained by conventional science, pointing to the potential of a non-local consciousness.
Dr. Rupert Sheldrake, a biologist and author known for his theory of morphic resonance, offers a unique and controversial perspective on remote and energy healing. He suggests that healing may be possible through non-local connections between people—especially those who are emotionally or biologically bonded—similar to how animals appear to sense their owners returning home or anticipate events from afar.
Sheldrake argues that conventional science cannot fully explain these phenomena and proposes that morphic fields, or organizing patterns of information inherent in living systems, may allow for mind-to-mind or mind-to-body communication over any distance. He believes that prayer, intention, and other forms of distant healing work not through mechanical energy transfer, but via these invisible fields that connect living beings. In his books, such as The Sense of Being Stared At and Science and Spiritual Practices, he presents anecdotal evidence, surveys, and experimental data to support the idea that consciousness may extend beyond the brain, enabling interactions like remote healing. Though controversial within mainstream science, Sheldrake’s work invites a more expansive view of biology and healing, one that includes intention, connection, and consciousness as active forces.
How Do I Prepare For In Person Healing?
It will help if you have the following with you during your session:

I have pillows and blankets that you can use during your session if you’d wish.
How Do I Prepare For Remote Healing?
It will help if you have the following with you during your session:
- Comfy Clothing: Something that you’re able to lay down or sit in for around an hour
- Eye Mask: to help you stay focused and relaxed during your session
- Blanket: for comfort
- Pillow: for either your head (laying down) or back (sitting)

How Does the Remote Healing Session Work?
Make sure that you have a quiet space where you can sit or lay down without being disturbed for about an hour.
I’ll be in touch via text or phone just before to make sure that you’re ready. I’ll then conduct my healing session.
Afterward, I’ll be in touch again to discuss anything that came up for either you or I.
For the next few hours make sure to drink lots of water.
